Wordless Wednesday - Where Can You Find Signs Like This?

Ummm… Quebec?

I’d have to guess it’s French Canadian although I haven’t visited the East where most of the French are located I’ve seen some signs in Vancouver which had French.
Otherwise I’d be guessing French quaters in New Orleans but I’d expect that might still be under water
