Looks like the Truckee River in downtown Reno a couple of years ago. Or perhaps it’s stairs to the shuffleboard deck on the Titanic.

Fantstic WW - i took the entire tour. What a great idea. Thank you! I used to live right on the beach. We also had steps going down to the waves. At high tide the water would come right up to the top of the steps. Pretty scary.

It’s a good thing that they closed it. That water is a bit muddy for swimming.

I’m house-hunting, and this reminds me of a home I really wanted based on the internet listing … until I found out the road it was on was closed due to flooding!

(The poor sellers have reduced the price two or three times now … who would buy it?!)
