I wouldn’t expect to get nutritional advice at a rest stop. I’m wondering: if you snack wisely, couldn’t your snacks be meal replacements on rare occasions? I guess you can’t argue with a sign.

Tempted to say “hogwash,” but it is a great sign.

I often can use that advice. Any idea where I can pick up a sign like that for my office? Great image!

It’s good advice, but in a really odd format! Is this kind of sign common throughout Maine, or is it just at that one stop?

(9) Randall says:

Some of us never snack. To some of us life is just one big meal interrupted by sleep breaks.

(10) Beth says:

I’m with Randall! And hey, some of us only *have* snacks… no big meals. Snacks like apples, grapes, and cucumber wedges are always cool with me!
