Happy Canada Day!

Wednesday July 1, 2009

Last year, I was in Moncton, New Brunswick on Canada Day. Red and white flags, balloons, hats, shirts and face paint were everywhere. It was a wonderfully festive celebration.

I took this photo at Cape Enrage on Canada's Fundy Coast. I can't wait to get back to this beautiful part of the world.

Happy Canada Day to everyone!

The Fundy coast is amazing. It’s the best place we’ve encountered for whale watching, and the tides do incredible things to the coastline.

Watching the tide come in on a “good” day at Muncton was incredibly. The water almost hundreds of thousands of snakes racing up the strand as the tide came rushing in. :)

I really like how the flag looks so much bigger than everything else. Great picture!
