Airlines' Electronic Device Use Guidelines May Change

WTOP.com and other news sources are reporting that the US Federal Aviation Administration is taking another look at the guidelines it has established for use of electronic devices during aircraft takeoff and landing.

The FAA does not expect to change its rules for use of cell phones during flights, but intends to revisit use of tablets, music players and e-readers after it meets with "key stakeholders" to discuss the implications of a rule change.

Would you use a personal electronic device during takeoff and landing if the rules were changed? Take our poll and tell us your thoughts in the comments box below.
