The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have done a splendid job of providing useful travel health information for anyone who might need it. Travel health notices alert travelers to disease outbreaks and recommend steps vacationers can take to prevent the spread of illness. Country-specific travel health information, which includes maps of areas where certain diseases, such as malaria, are endemic, helps travelers plan their journey and obtain the correct immunizations for their destination. The Yellow Book, now available online and in app format, is a valuable resource for travelers and their health care providers, and includes special information for scuba divers, cruise ship passengers and adventure travelers.

With so much useful travel health information just a few mouse clicks away, it only makes sense to take a look.
