- After 5 hours dealing with their non professionals after raising the price of our flight $600 she was able to find a deal with a hotel flight and car for only $60 more which was still too much, but we had to get to our daughter. Then she tells us she is running the card hold for our confirmation and disconnects us when we call back the flight is even more. They use their cheap prices as a front to get you in and then they try to rob you. They are complete frauds!!!!! Don't ever use this company with any luck they will out of business.

Travel Web Refuses to Cancel Hotel Reser
- On 7 March 2012 we booked a Motel reservation at Super 8 Motel in Smithfield NC for 21 April 2012. Reservation was made through "North-Carolina-hotels.org" through "Travel Web" We were unable to make the trip so on April 14th 2012 we called customer service at 877-477-7441 "TRAVEL WEB" to cancel reservation, we were told we could not cancel reservation or receive any refund. NEVER, NEVER, use this online service. Reservation was only for one night at $75.00, thank God it was not for longer or more money. I guess we will just have to take a loss and will be more careful where we make reservations from now on. My frustration is that I am unable to post this information on a web site that everyone will read so they will not make the same mistake that we made. Great Experience with Omega Travels
- A friend of mine recommended Omega Travels in Delhi, since they had a great experience when they last bought a package from this travel agency. I purchased Delhi-to-Manali Package and I had great experience. The Volvo buses were very comfortable and the people at Omega Travels even went the extra mile to ensure that we got front seats which are the most comfortable. My wife and I stayed at Nage hotel which overlooks the beas and is one of the best hotels in Manali. The Manali tour itinerary was very well planned. The one day sightseeing to Rotang Pass was very comfortable and when we came back we to the hotel disco – which was offered complementary to us. Omega Travels is a very responsible and a good travel agency. I highly recommend it.

BATHROOM ISSUES
- In Dec. '09, we took a trip on Holland America out of Tampa, Fl. This was on an older & smaller ship, mostly the ship was an excellent experience other than the BATHROOM.. The entire crew could NOT have been more professional. Over half of the cruise, 7 days, we were NOT able to use the commode, the bathroom smelled as did the entire hallway.. Before we even walked inside the cabin, we were meet by the steward, I ask about that SMELL, he said it was burnt engine oil!!! With a huge smile on my face, I replied NO WAY, I know the smell of oil & I know sewage smell. It got to the point we had to use the PUBLIC bathrooms on other decks & this was NOT convient. At the end of the cruise, I did something I seldom & previously heard so many good things about HA cruises, it was NOT an inexpensive cruise, this was our FIRST & going to be our LAST HA cruise, I WROTE a letter complaining about our experience. HA has made a very nice 'offer' towards a future cruise, which we look forward to.
